I have been working at L&A Lawyers since April 2021. I started at L&A as a working student during my bachelor. Law at the University of Utrecht. Partly through working at L&A, my passion for labor law was confirmed. After completing a master’s degree in Employment Law at the University of Amsterdam – which I combined with work as a paralegal – I have been working as a lawyer in the L&A team since September 2023.
Labor law is an area of law with mostly very current issues, which puts you in the middle of society. This is what makes working within labor law so fun and challenging for me.
I have an analytical mind and tackle issues in a well-considered way. Difficult issues that require careful research give me pleasure. There is not always an unequivocal answer. So it’s nice that the L&A team has many specializations within labor law, so there is always someone to spar with.
In addition to advising and litigating, L&A Lawyers also provides courses. I’m happy to help prepare content for such courses, for example on cross-border behavior.
